Locums | OB/GYN | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Henderson, NC Why This Role * Outpatient practice with hospital privileges and admissions * Support from MAs, PAs, and office staff for efficient workflow * Opportunity to manage full-scope OB/GYN procedures including deliveries and gynecologic surgeries * Flexible 7 on/7 off schedule preferred, ongoing coverage Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Schedule: 7 on/7 off model preferred, call for unassigned patients via beeper, response time 25 minutes, approx 30% callbacks * Patients per Day: 10 * EMR: Athena Requirements * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Active NC license * ACLS, BLS, PALS * Clean history * Fellowship trained (1 year) Clinical Details * Scope: Full-scope OB/GYN practice including obstetrics, gynecology, and minor/major surgical procedures * Typical Procedures: * Low-risk and routine deliveries, vaginal and low forceps * C-sections, breech, multiple births, VBACs, complicated deliveries * Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations * OB ultrasounds (Level I & II), amniocentesis * Office/minor gynecology (IUDs, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP) * Surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic minor procedures, operative/major procedures including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs) Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
