###Locums | OB/GYN | Call Only | Poplar Bluff, MO ###Why This Role * Short-term coverage for vacation relief with flexible call options * Inpatient OB/GYN care with support from RNs, MAs, and mid-level providers * Full hospital support including anesthesia and OR teams * Convenient lodging near the facility at Fairfield Inn ###Assignment Details * Start Date: 05/19/2026 * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Call Only * Schedule: Beeper call coverage; 1:3 call ratio; possibility to cover a weekend once a month * Patients per Day: 10–15 * Call Details: 30-minute response time; phone consults 10–15/day; approximately 10 admissions * EMR: Cerner ###Requirements * Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Active Missouri license * ACLS, BLS, PALS * Clean history ###Clinical Details * Scope: Inpatient OB/GYN coverage including routine and complicated deliveries * Typical Procedures: * Low- and high-risk pregnancy management * FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) * OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening required, Level II/Targeted preferred) * Routine deliveries: vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section * Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs * Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations * Office/minor gynecology procedures preferred: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP * Surgical gynecology preferred: open, laparoscopic minor, operative/major including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA’s ###Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
