###Locums | OB/GYN | Clinic + Call | Bozeman, MT (IMLC accepted) ###Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call Coverage: 24-hour call shifts 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Call Volume: Approximately 6–7 call shifts per month
- Patients per Shift: Approximately 16
- EMR: Cerner (clinic) and Epic (hospital)
- Trauma Level: Level 1
- Estimated Credentialing: 90 days
- Support Staff: 4 RNs, 8 MAs, 3 APPs ###Requirements
- Active MT license or IMLC accepted
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Certifications: BLS
- Clean history ###Clinical Details
- OB/GYN clinic and hospital coverage
- Outpatient clinic primarily managing return OB visits
- Labor and delivery coverage including vaginal deliveries
- Management of complicated deliveries including C-sections
- High-risk and low-risk pregnancy management
- FHR interpretation including NST, CST, and FSE
- OB ultrasound performance and interpretation including Level I and Level II scans
- Management of breech deliveries, multiple births, and abruptions
- VBAC management
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
