Locums | OB/GYN | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Enterprise, AL (IMLC accepted) Why This Role * Dedicated clinic coverage Monday–Thursday with integrated hospital support * Full-scope OB/GYN practice including low- and high-risk pregnancies, deliveries, and surgical procedures * Onsite NP support for GYN and low-acuity OB patients * Connected clinic and hospital with full OR, anesthesia, radiology, and nursing support Assignment Details * Start Date: 04/01/2026 * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Schedule: Clinic 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday–Thursday; 24-hour hospital beeper call Monday–Thursday * Patients per Day: 15 (OB/GYN mix) * Call Details: Beeper call, 30-minute response time; 1–2 deliveries per day; scheduled and emergent C-sections and GYN surgeries * EMR: Athena (clinic), Medhost (hospital) Requirements * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Active Alabama license or IMLC accepted * ACLS, BLS, PALS * Clean history Clinical Details * Scope: Outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care including deliveries, surgeries, and procedures * Typical Procedures: * Low- and high-risk pregnancy management * FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) * OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted) * Amniocentesis * Vaginal and complicated deliveries including C-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs * Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations * Office/minor gynecology: IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cystoscopy, cryosurgery, hysteroscopy * Surgical gynecology: open and laparoscopic minor procedures, operative major procedures including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA’s Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
