###Locums | OB/GYN | Call Only | Enterprise, AL (IMLC Accepted) ###Why This Role * Weekend-only 24-hour call coverage from Friday 7:00 AM through Monday 7:00 AM * Full inpatient OB/GYN responsibilities including emergent deliveries and surgeries * Hospital-based support with 24/7 anesthesia, radiology, and nursing teams * Pediatric hospitalist support available for OB-related cases ###Assignment Details * Start Date: 04/01/2026 * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Call Only * Schedule: Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM; weekend coverage only * Patients per Day: Average 1–2 deliveries per day * Call Details: Beeper call with 30-minute response time; emergent C-sections and GYN surgeries included * EMR: Medhost ###Requirements * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Active Alabama license or IMLC accepted * ACLS, BLS, PALS * Clean history ###Clinical Details * Scope: Inpatient OB/GYN care during weekend call * Typical Procedures: * Low- and high-risk pregnancy management * FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) * OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted) * Amniocentesis * Routine deliveries: vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section * Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs * Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations * Office/minor gynecology: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP * Surgical gynecology: open and laparoscopic minor procedures, operative/major including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA’s ###Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
