###Locums | OB/GYN | Clinic + Call | Richmond, VA ###Why This Role * Collaborative OB/GYN practice with strong physician and midwife support * Balanced mix of office-based care and hospital call coverage * Predominantly low-risk obstetrics with manageable surgical volume * Defined coverage dates ideal for a short-term locums assignment with consistency ###Assignment Details * Start Date: 05/01/2026 * End Date: 08/31/2026 * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Schedule: Office hours 8a-4p with 24-hour call coverage on scheduled days * Patients per Day: 25-30 scheduled patients * Call Details: Call schedule managed via Perfect Serve 1:4 call ratio includes weekdays and weekends * EMR: Epic ###Requirements * Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN * Active Virginia license or willingness to obtain * ACLS and BLS * Clean history * Provider must be local mileage only reimbursed ###Clinical Details * Scope: Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology including office-based care labor and delivery and surgical gynecology * Typical Procedures: * Routine vaginal deliveries * Cesarean sections including complicated deliveries * VBACs * Fetal heart rate monitoring and interpretation * OB ultrasound interpretation * IUD placement * Colposcopy * LEEP and cryosurgery * Laparoscopic gynecologic procedures * Management of ectopic pregnancy and adnexal surgery ###Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
