• We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for a locums opportunity at an acute care hospital in Potsdam, NY.
• This role involves 24-hour call coverage providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• The provider will manage both routine and high-acuity cases in a collaborative hospital environment.
• Flexible scheduling with multiple coverage blocks available.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform procedures such as spontaneous vaginal delivery (SVD), operative vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections.
• Conduct gynecologic procedures including D&C/D&E and laparoscopic or abdominal surgeries.
• Perform infant male circumcisions and delivery repairs.
• Manage patient care during 24-hour call shifts.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Active New York State License (in hand).
• Minimum 2 years of recent OB/GYN experience required.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• EPIC experience required.
• Clean and consistent work history with no gaps over 30 days.
Working Hours
• Multiple coverage blocks available:
• 4/6 – 4/12
• 4/13 – 4/16
• 5/1 – 5/3
• 5/14 – 5/17
• 5/18 – 5/24
• Flexible scheduling; full blocks preferred
