OBGYN Opportunity in Paragould, Arkansas

You'll step into an OBGYN role with immediate community need and room to grow your practice. This is a hospital-employed opportunity with strong clinic and L&D support, plus a dedicated OR day to keep your procedural skills active. If you're looking for a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology in a smaller community setting, this position is worth a closer look.

Practice Overview

  • You'll join an OBGYN service line in transition with the opportunity to help shape coverage and growth
  • Hospital-employed model with a women's health clinic adjacent to the hospital; individual physician offices and strong support staff
  • Level III setting with ~40 deliveries/month today and clear upside as additional physicians join
  • Core scope includes OB care, women's health, and standard gynecologic procedures (no robot)

Schedule

  • Clinic hours are 8:00a-5:00p with a mix of clinic and procedural time
  • Call is approximately 1:3
  • Dedicated OR day available with in-house anesthesia CRNAs
  • Flexible consideration for multiple FTEs and part-time coverage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $550,000 with production incentives available
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance up to $25,000
  • Student loan repayment and residency stipend options (up to 12 months)
  • Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid malpractice

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Comfortable with deliveries and standard gynecologic procedures
  • Willing to practice in a rural community setting and collaborate closely with primary care and specialty colleagues
  • J-1 and H-1B visa candidates considered

Community & Location Highlights

  • Smaller-community living with easy access to a major metro area (about 90 miles to Memphis)
  • Convenient regional travel with drive-time access to larger city amenities, dining, and entertainment
  • Comfortable pace of life with outdoor recreation and family-friendly neighborhoods
  • Attractive cost of living compared with many larger markets
