Great locum opportunity in Potsdam, NY 🌆 for an OB/GYN Physician to provide 24-hour call coverage in a well-supported hospital setting. Work with an experienced clinical team while delivering high-quality care to both obstetric and gynecologic patients.
Great locum opportunity in Potsdam, NY 🌆 for an OB/GYN Physician to provide 24-hour call coverage in a well-supported hospital setting. Work with an experienced clinical team while delivering high-quality care to both obstetric and gynecologic patients.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including labor & delivery and gynecologic services 🤰
• Perform procedures such as vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&C/D&E, and gynecologic surgeries 🩺
• Manage both routine and emergency obstetric cases
• Provide postpartum and gynecologic follow-up care
• Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and care teams 🤝
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
Qualifications
• MD/DO with board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active New York medical license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Strong clinical and surgical expertise
Working Hours
24-Hour Call Shifts (7 AM – 7 AM or 7 PM – 7 PM) ⏰
