- Other Details: We are seeking a board-certified OB/GYN with an active New York medical license, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification, and a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience to provide 24-hour first-call coverage for labor and delivery. The schedule includes 7 p.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. shifts, with preferred stretches including April 6–12, April 13–16, May 1–3, May 14–17, and May 18–24, seeing 15–20 patients per day. Responsibilities include performing spontaneous vaginal deliveries, operative vaginal deliveries (forceps or vacuum), vaginal delivery repairs, cesarean sections, infant male circumcisions, D&C/D&E, and laparoscopic, robotic, and abdominal gynecologic surgeries. The provider will work with RNs, CNAs, clerks, and on-call anesthesiologists in a high-acuity setting caring for adults and pediatric patients, using EPIC for charting and Pixys for medication dispensing.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform spontaneous vaginal deliveries, operative vaginal deliveries (forceps or vacuum), and vaginal delivery repairs
* Perform cesarean sections, infant male circumcisions, D&C/D&E, and laparoscopic, robotic, and abdominal gynecologic surgeries
* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, clerks, and on-call anesthesiologists to provide high-quality patient care
* Care for adult and pediatric patients with a wide variety of medical conditions
* Document patient care accurately using EPIC and coordinate medication administration using Pixys
Qualifications
* Active New York medical license
* BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification
* Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in labor and delivery
Working Hours
* Preferred stretches: April 6–12, April 13–16, May 1–3, May 14–17, May 18–24
* First-call coverage; willing to work full stretches or broken up if necessary
Skills
* Strong clinical decision-making and patient assessment skills
* Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment with a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent documentation and use of EPIC and Pixys systems
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
