- Other Details: We are seeking a board-certified OBGYN with an unrestricted CA license, DEA, and BLS or ACLS certification, ideally with 2+ years of experience, to join a busy outpatient practice providing full-scope women’s care for adolescents through geriatrics. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, seeing an average of 18–21 patients per day, including follow-ups, new patient visits, procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal, biopsies, LEEP, colposcopy, cryotherapy, and cervical polyp management, as well as routine OB visits, initial OB assessments, pregnancy confirmations with bedside ultrasound, postpartum care, incision checks, and management of common women’s health issues such as UTIs, STIs, menopause, HRT, and breast concerns. The call schedule is 1 in 4 as secondary, supporting midwives who serve as primary on-call, and candidates may be considered for full-scope plus call or outpatient-only roles.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform office-based procedures including IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal, biopsies, LEEP, colposcopy, cryotherapy, and cervical polyp management
* Conduct initial OB visits, routine OB visits, postpartum care, and incision checks
* Confirm pregnancies >7 weeks with bedside ultrasound
* Manage problem visits including UTIs, STIs, menopause, HRT, and breast concerns
* Support call schedule as secondary, assisting midwives who are primary on-call
Qualifications
* Unrestricted California medical license
* DEA registration
* BLS or ACLS certification
* Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
* Completion of an accredited 4-year OB/GYN residency program
Working Hours
* Call schedule: 1 in 4 as secondary to midwives
Skills
