Locums OBGYN Physician in Mason City, Iowa - 24 Hour Shifts, Flexible Blocks
Work as an OB hospitalist in a teaching facility in Iowa with flexible block scheduling and in-house shift coverage. This role offers a mix of clinical care and resident interaction.

Practice & Cases
- Hospital-based birthing center with full inpatient coverage
- Manage labor and delivery, including high and low-risk cases
- Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Handle urgent OB and gynecologic consults and procedures
Schedule
- 24-hour in-house shifts
- Approximately 4 shifts per month
- Ability to group shifts into multi-day blocks
- Ongoing coverage with open dates across upcoming months
Requirements
- Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Iowa license required
- BLS certification required
Logistics
- Travel and lodging provided
- Rental car or mileage reimbursement available
