Coverage: 24-Hour Call Only
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Coverage Need: Vacation coverage, 1–2 times per quarter
Practice Details:
- 24-hour beeper call coverage only (no clinic)
- Solo OB coverage with experienced support staff
- Strong C-section support team
- Efficient, well-organized OB department
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Vaginal deliveries
- Cesarean sections
- OB call for planned births and walk-in presentations
Volume:
- Approx. 21–33 deliveries per month
- Mix of vaginal deliveries and C-sections
- High-risk cases generally planned around provider vacations
