Clinical & Leadership Details:
* 50% clinical practice and 50% administrative and teaching responsibilities
* Lead ACGME accreditation process and program development
* Design residency curriculum and recruit faculty
* Provide didactic lectures, bedside teaching, and resident mentorship
* Lead resident recruitment, interviews, and performance evaluations
* Dedicate approximately 80 hours per month to program leadership, teaching, and administration

* Base salary range: $500,000 - $550,000
