Located in Aurora, IL - Chicago 40 miles, Naperville 10 miles
Full-time; Permanent

Overview:
* Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician
* Join collaborative women’s health team including Certified Nurse Midwives and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
* Slightly GYN-focused practice with opportunity for robotic surgery
* Access to advanced technology including robotic surgery and 3D ultrasound
* Supportive, patient-centered environment serving a diverse community

Clinical Details:
* Schedule: 16-20 hours of general clinical time per week
* Clinic: 16 hours; Surgery: 3-4 hours
* Labor coverage: One 24-hour restricted labor shift per week with post-call day off
* Average clinic volume: 20 patients per session
* Mix of outpatient clinic, surgical procedures, and obstetric care
* Opportunity to adjust clinic time to increase surgical volume

Compensation & Benefits:
* Base salary range: $330,000 - $350,000
* Earning potential up to approximately $425,000 with productivity incentives

Requirements:
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
* Eligible for Illinois medical license
