Physician - Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Join a distinguished team at Naval Health Clinic Lemoore as a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician, providing essential women’s health services to active-duty military members and their families. In this position, you will perform the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic clinical services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management. You will provide obstetric care, gynecologic services, preventive health counseling, and coordinate specialty consultations as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, peer review, and ongoing quality assurance, with opportunities to mentor and guide medical staff.

Required Skills:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school (or approved foreign equivalent with ECFMG certification)
  • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited internship and OB/GYN residency
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
  • Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (American Board of OB/GYN)
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
  • Minimum of 36 months of OB/GYN clinical experience within the last 48 months or active participation in an accredited OB/GYN training program within the same timeframe

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in outpatient clinic settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board-certified in OB/GYN
  • At least three years of recent clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work Monday–Friday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary federal clearances
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $250, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and travel support where applicable.
