As an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering full-scope services across multiple venues, including gynecological surgery and obstetric care, in a facility committed to innovation, collaboration, and work-life balance.

Required Skills:
  • Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice model
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient-centered approach emphasizing shared decision-making and holistic care
  • Active DEA license; licensed to practice in Florida or eligible via IMLC compacts

Nice to Have Skills:
  • At least one year of post-residency experience
  • Experience with surgical procedures in gynecology and obstetrics
  • Familiarity with integrated technological platforms for patient engagement

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality obstetrical and gynecological services in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work 24-hour in-house call shifts; flexibility to have consecutive shifts if desired
  • Participation in continuing education programs
  • Availability for scheduled shifts starting on April 20, 2026
  • Willing to travel as needed; airfare, lodging, and car rental covered

This position offers an excellent hourly pay rate of $3705.00, with benefits that include competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws.
