Job Responsibilities
👶 Manage labor and delivery care for obstetric patients
🩺 Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
🔬 Conduct gynecologic procedures including D&C/D&E and laparoscopic surgeries
📋 Evaluate patients and create treatment plans
🤝 Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and care teams
📝 Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
Qualifications
✔ Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
✔ Active New York medical license
✔ Minimum 2 years of recent OB/GYN experience
✔ BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
✔ Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Working Hours
🕒 24-Hour On-Call Coverage
⏰ 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📅 8-Week Locum Assignment
