- Date: June 2026 - ongoing, possible locums to perm
- Schedule: 2-3 days/week in clinic, 1 gyn surgery day/week
- Call rotation
- Practice Setting: Clinic & Hospital
- Patient Volume: 22 per day
- Support Staff: MA's
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: OH license (will wait for license), BC/BE, DEA, BLS
- Credentialing: 2-3 months
