• True 4-day work week and the ability to take call from home
• DaVinci Robotics - Optional

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed salary above MGMA median plus illustrated wRVU bonus potential
• $550,000+ in illustrated annual compensation
• $215,000+ Recruitment Package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and retention bonus
• 7+ Weeks PTO
• ZERO state income tax
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
