Locum Tenens – OB/GYN (CALL ONLY) – Bozeman, MT Location: Bozeman, MT – approximately 90 miles east of Helena Dates: ASAP – Ongoing Rate: Negotiable (tell us your rate) Job Details Coverage type: Call Only Practice setting: Inpatient OB/GYN Call schedule: 24-hour pager call (7 AM – 7 AM) Expected coverage: 2–4 call shifts per month Call response time: 15 minutes EMR systems: Epic (hospital) and Cerner (clinic) Admissions required Average deliveries per year: ~800 Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days Clinical Responsibilities Low-risk and high-risk obstetric care Vaginal deliveries and C-sections Complicated deliveries including breech and multiple births VBAC management Fetal heart monitoring interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) OB ultrasound performance and interpretation Repair of third and fourth-degree lacerations Office gynecology procedures (IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cystoscopy) Surgical gynecology including laparoscopic and open procedures Support Staff 4 RNs 8 Medical Assistants 3 NP/PAs No supervision of APPs required Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Active Montana license or IMLC BLS certification required Documentation of 50 deliveries and 50 gynecologic surgical cases within the last 24 months required for privileging Travel Nearest airport: Billings Logan International Airport Lodging recommendation: Home2 Suites (Billings Clinic rate) About the City Bozeman, Montana sits in the Gallatin Valley and is served by Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN).
