Required Skills:
- Valid medical license to practice OB/GYN in Michigan
- Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
- Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Competency with electronic medical records (EHR), specifically Cerner system
- Ability to work independently during 24-hour in-house call shifts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience covering hospital in-house call shifts
- Familiarity with trauma or high-acuity obstetric care
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
- Participation in ongoing medical education or professional development
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Active Michigan medical license in good standing
- Prior experience working in hospital or clinical settings with a full support staff
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 03/26/2026, covering multiple 24-hour in-house call shifts
- Ability to clock in/out using DocTime, with adherence to site-specific policies
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to hospital protocols
- Professional liability insurance coverage (malpractice rates included in pay rate)
- Travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable, in compliance with company policies
