Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in the designated state
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven clinical experience in women’s health, including obstetrics and gynecology procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of current clinical guidelines and best practices in women’s health
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Fellowship training in a specialized area of women’s health (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work both clinic hours and in-house call shifts (24-hour shifts)
- Flexibility to work approximately 20 hours per week in the clinic and one 24-hour in-house call shift per week
- Willingness to participate in continuous education and training
- Compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
