Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Requirement: Physician (MD/DO)
- Location: Illinois
- Start Date: Specific dates between April and July, possible ongoing
- Schedule: Day-time clinic and call work, including weekend coverage. We are open to candidates who can provide both clinic and call coverage OR candidates who want one or the other.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- License: An active Illinois state license is required
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: Only candidates able to commit to multiple weeks of coverage will be considered. The clinic schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-5, with responsibilities including seeing clinic patients, performing surgeries, and handling deliveries. The role also includes hospital duties, including deliveries for patients. The ideal candidate should be able to see general OB/GYN patients, perform scheduled GYN surgeries, and manage deliveries. With around 550 deliveries annually, we are open to licensing candidates.

Job Responsibilities
* See general OB/GYN patients in the clinic
* Perform scheduled GYN surgeries
* Manage deliveries during daytime hours
* Handle hospital duties, including patient deliveries
* Share daytime call duties with the team for emergencies (e.g., C-sections)
Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Active Illinois state medical license required
* Ability to commit to multiple weeks of coverage
Working Hours
* Call coverage, including weekend availability
* Flexibility to provide both clinic and call coverage or just one
Skills
* Surgical skills for scheduled GYN surgeries
* Ability to manage a high-volume delivery environment (550 deliveries annually)
* Strong communication and teamwork for shared call duties
* Willingness to undergo licensing if necessary (white-glove assistance provided)
