Coverage Needed

  • Start Date: 05/08/2026
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri clinic coverage 8a-4:15p, with nightly call on weekdays and 24hr weekend call coverage
  • Open Dates:
    • 05/08–05/15
    • 05/16–05/22
    • 05/26–05/31

Clinical Details

  • Practice Setting: Office & inpatient coverage
  • Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 27
  • Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 per site
  • Support Staff: RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, front office team
    • The clinic is also supported by a NP who rotates sites
  • Onsite Ultrasound
  • Number of Exam Rooms: 3
  • Office Equipment: GE 10
  • Documentation System/EMR: EPIC, Viewpoint
  • Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 5
  • Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 95
  • Nursery Level: III

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
  • Fellowship
  • VA License
  • BLS
  • AIUM Certification: Preferred
  • A Self-Query NPDB report (must be dated within 30 days)
  • Required Procedures/Skill Sets: Amniocentesis, Chorionic Villus Sampling, cerclage (preferred), Pre-Eclampsia, Multiple Pregnancy, Growth Restriction, Chromosomal Abnormalities, Congenital abnormalities, Pre-term Labor, Hypertension, Thrombophilia, Genetic Disorders, Birth Defects, Vaginal Birth, Cesarean Birth, any fetal or maternal co-morbidities that make the pregnancy high risk
