Coverage Needed: ASAP - Ongoing
Shift Description: 24-Hour Hospital Shifts
Requirements:
-- Candidate must be local to KY - drive in candidates only
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Must be licensed in Kentucky or IMLC
-- BLS, PALS
-- Procedures/Skills include:
-- High and Low risk pregnancies,
-- FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE,
-- Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted Ultrasounds,
-- Amniocentesis,
-- Routine Delivery (Vaginal, Low Forceps),
-- Complicated Delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, VBACs),
-- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations,
-- Surgical Gynecology - Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation), and Operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
Assignment Details:
-- Level II PEDS facility
-- Support staff includes 2 RNs and 1 MA
-- EMR: Meditech
-- Department has 2 ORs for c-sections and emergencies
-- Temporary privileges available
