Locums OBGYN Physician near Asheville, NC - 1 Week Blocks
Join a community OB GYN practice in western North Carolina with flexible monthly block scheduling and a mix of clinic, OR, and call coverage. This assignment offers strong team support and consistent volume.
Highlights

Practice & Cases
- Community hospital and outpatient clinic setting
- Adult and adolescent patient population
- Mix of OB and GYN with heavier GYN clinic focus
- Perform VBACs and manage select high-risk pregnancies
Schedule
- Monday through Friday clinic hours
- One dedicated OR day per week
- 1 in 3 call rotation including weekends
- Block scheduling with predictable monthly coverage
Requirements
- Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active North Carolina license required
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications
- Comfortable with full scope OB GYN care
Logistics
- Travel and lodging provided
- Rental car or mileage reimbursement available
