Aya Locums is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for a locum tenens assignment in Mansfield, Ohio, beginning June 2026.
This role offers a balanced mix of clinic, surgery, and hospital call with strong support and flexibility through an established group.

- Clinic + OR + Hospital Coverage: 2–3 clinic days per week, 1 GYN surgery day, and 1–2 weekends/month of required 24-hour call
- Clinic Volume: ~20–25 patients per clinic day
- Hospital Coverage: When on call, expect ~1 delivery per day and management of labor/call responsibilities
- Support: Dedicated MAs and existing OB/GYN group support
- Procedure Types: Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, emergency gynecologic surgery
- OB Hospitalist Support: 24/7 laborist presence with Pediatrix OB Hospitalists of Ohio
- Patient Population: Women ages 18–65+
- NICU & Additional Services: Mansfield offers Level II Special Care Nursery for newborns with comprehensive maternity care (including VBAC capabilities) through OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital, a full-service community hospital with robust women’s care services
Assignment Details
- Schedule:
- Clinic: 2–3 days/week
- OR: 1 GYN surgery day/week
- Call: Required 1–2 weekends/month (24-hour coverage)
- Work Setting: Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital care
- EMR: EPIC
- Travel & Lodging: Covered
- Malpractice: Provided
- Pay Structure: Daily rate with hourly callback for night/weekend call
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active state license or ability to obtain
- DEA required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year OB/GYN experience
