🌙 OB/GYN Nocturnist – Longmont, Colorado

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified OB/GYN Nocturnist for a full-time opportunity in Longmont, Colorado. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy inpatient obstetric care, night-focused schedules, and collaborative hospital environments.

🏥 Position Overview

• Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology (Nocturnist)

• Schedule: 6–12 nocturnist shifts per month

• Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-Based OB Care

• EMR: Epic

• Team: 8 OB/GYN physicians + 4 APPs

👩‍⚕️ Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide overnight inpatient obstetric care, including labor management and deliveries

• Manage postpartum care and OB triage

• Handle urgent gynecologic consults and emergency situations

• Perform rapid assessments for maternal and fetal complications

• Coordinate with multispecialty teams for complex cases

• Ensure smooth handoffs with daytime teams

• Document care in Epic EMR

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
