🩺 Position Highlights

Provide full-spectrum Obstetrics & Gynecology care to a diverse patient population

Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
-
Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
-
Access to three modern operating rooms
-
Perform minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries

Work 3–4 clinic days per week

See approximately 12–14 patients per day

Average 3 dedicated OR days per month

Provide physician support for midwife-led obstetric care
-
Participate in shared home call (1:4 rotation)

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 💵 $280,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience)

📌 Requirements

MD or DO
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
-
Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S. or Canada)
-
Clean malpractice history
-
Active Vermont license (or ability to obtain before start)
