* Established Women’s Health clinic with ~215 births/year and ~20 patients/day
* 50/50 OB-GYN mix with plans to add a third OB for a 1:3 call schedule
* Exceptionally experienced, stable nursing team with no travelers
* Midwife and NP/PA support, with continued expansion of the care team
* Full resources in place: 24/7 anesthesia, Level II special care nursery, pediatric coverage, DaVinci robotics
* Equity/partnership opportunity with supportive leadership and mentorship for new or early-career physicians
