An expanding Women’s Multispecialty Ambulatory Center in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a skilled OB/GYN physician to join a growing 4.5-FTE practice. This opportunity offers full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative, specialty-rich environment supported by advanced technology and modern facilities.

Physicians will practice primarily at a newly developed ambulatory campus with potential rotation to an additional nearby site based on patient volume. The practice environment includes robotic surgical capabilities, multidisciplinary specialty support, and a Level II nursery. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage routine and complex OB and GYN cases
• Perform laparoscopic procedures, D&C, and evacuation procedures
• Perform and manage C-sections (25–30% rate)
• Utilize robotic surgical systems (Da Vinci platforms available)
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation, including weekday 24-hour call with guaranteed post-call light administrative day
• Deliver care in a practice averaging approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists within a women’s multi-specialty center
• Utilize Meditech EMR for clinical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for or able to obtain Pennsylvania medical license
• DEA and BLS (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience with complicated deliveries and C-sections required
• Robotics training preferred
• Willingness to participate in 1:6 call schedule
• Open to new and recent graduates
• Not accepting locums candidates
• Not accepting visa candidates

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Shared weekend call
• 1:6 call rotation with structured post-call administrative day

Skills

• Advanced obstetrical management including high- and low-risk pregnancies
• Proficiency in C-sections and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Robotic surgery experience
• Strong collaborative and multidisciplinary communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered women’s health care
• Efficient EMR documentation skills
