An established and growing women’s health practice in Avondale is seeking a compassionate and motivated OB/GYN physician to join our thriving team. About the Practice:
This West Valley practice provides the full spectrum of women’s healthcare — from annual screenings, well-woman visits, and gynecologic procedures to comprehensive obstetric care. Our physicians manage prenatal care, deliveries, and high-risk pregnancies through a shared call group with other local providers, ensuring balanced workloads and excellent patient coverage.
The Avondale team is known for combining clinical excellence with true compassion. In-office services include ultrasound and laboratory testing, giving patients convenient access to comprehensive care in one location. Providers enjoy a positive, collaborative atmosphere that promotes professional growth, teamwork, and patient satisfaction.
Hospital Affiliation:
Deliveries and inpatient care are performed at a leading regional medical center featuring:
OB hospitalist program and in-house anesthesia coverage
18 private labor, delivery, and recovery (LDR) rooms
Level III NICU and Maternal-Fetal Medicine onsite
Expertise in high-risk pregnancies, robotics available
Onsite first assist and access to teaching and research collaborations
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
Unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG or AOBOG)
Board certification required within five years of eligibility
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
