Overview: An established and growing women’s health practice in Avondale is seeking a compassionate and motivated OB/GYN physician to join our thriving team. We welcome both recent residency graduates and experienced physicians who are eager to build a rewarding career in a patient-focused, collaborative environment. Why Join Us: Growing OB/GYN practice with a loyal, long-term patient base Supportive team of two experienced physicians and dedicated clinical staff Manageable schedule seeing 20–25 patients per day Access to advanced technology, including robotic surgical systems Physician-led organization with active committees and strong leadership Regional medical director support and professional peer networks Ongoing CME opportunities, including an annual provider summit and internal educational programs About the Practice: This West Valley practice provides the full spectrum of women’s healthcare — from annual screenings, well-woman visits, and gynecologic procedures to comprehensive obstetric care. Our physicians manage prenatal care, deliveries, and high-risk pregnancies through a shared call group with other local providers, ensuring balanced workloads and excellent patient coverage. The Avondale team is known for combining clinical excellence with true compassion. In-office services include ultrasound and laboratory testing, giving patients convenient access to comprehensive care in one location. Providers enjoy a positive, collaborative atmosphere that promotes professional growth, teamwork, and patient satisfaction.
