- May 8 (7pm) – May 10 (7pm)
- May 22 (7pm) – May 24 (7pm)
- May 29 (7pm) – May 31 (7pm)
- June 12 (7pm) – June 14 (7pm)
- June 19 (7pm) – June 21 (7pm)
Clinical Details
- Trauma Level: Adult I, II, III, IV
- Hospital Bed Size: 268 Beds
- Patients per Day: 1-3 deliveries per shift
- Average Callback Hours: 4-8 per shift
- EMR: Cerner
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active AZ License or IMLC
- DEA
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
