- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed.There are an average of 10 patients per shift and 15 beds in the department. This search is focused on adding providers to an ongoing pool to fulfill call coverage as needed, with no specific dates required. A 7 on, 7 off model is preferred, and open dates are available ongoing into this year. The provider will join a team to provide flexible, consistent coverage, helping meet the call needs as they arise.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage patient care during assigned shifts, responding to calls and providing consultations as needed.
* Collaborate with the existing medical team to ensure continuity of care.
* Be available for on-site visits when required for patient care.
Qualifications
* Experience in providing on-call coverage and managing patient consultations.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently during call shifts.
* Flexibility to adapt to an ongoing, rotational coverage model.
Working Hours
* Open dates are ongoing into this year, with flexibility for additional shifts as needed.
* Must be available for both weekday and weekend call responsibilities.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills for patient consultations and coordination with the medical team.
* Ability to manage a wide variety of cases under pressure.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing call schedules and patient needs.
