Special Ops Diplomat

As a Diplomat Special Ops travel clinician, you will play a pivotal role in launching new Ob Hospitalist Group (OBHG) programs, shaping the future of OB/GYN care for women and serving as a leader on the labor and delivery unit. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference, while benefitting from premium pay and well-structured assignments.

  • 120-day rotating assignments with a min of 5 24-hour shifts a month
  • W2 full-time role with no on-call schedule required
  • Flexible scheduling: By providing your days of availability in advance, you’ll receive a confirmed schedule for the entire 120-day assignment, allowing clarity and flexibility.
  • Travel, lodging, and licensure coverage
  • Comprehensive benefits including paid malpractice insurance with tail
  • Must be open to travel in CA, AK, AZ, CO, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA.

MHAS Regional Diplomat
Our MHAS Diplomat is very similar to our Special Ops with the key difference being you will travel to our new MHAS programs across the West Coast. We are seeking dedicated clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact by serving lower-volume hospitals in rural communities, where access to maternal care is often limited.

Key details
  • 120-day assignments with a minimum of 5 shifts per 28-day block
  • A typical schedule would be 5 days on and 10 days off equaling 10 shifts a month (can work only 5 shifts)
  • Full-scope – Clinic is M-F during business hours, on call evenings and all day Sat & Sun
  • W2 role
  • Travel, lodging, and licensure coverage
  • Comprehensive benefits including paid malpractice insurance with tail
  • Must be open to travel in CA, NM, UT, OR, WA, AZ
