Join a well-established and highly respected OB/GYN practice serving the Orlando/Winter Park community for over 40 years. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled OB/GYN—whether you’re completing residency or bringing years of experience—to join our collaborative and dedicated team. Job Highlights Diverse team offering a wide range of experience and expertise Supportive mentorship available for new graduates Manageable patient load of 20–25 patients per day Comprehensive in-office services including sonography and surgery Shared 1:12 call rotation 12-hour weekday call shifts and 24-hour weekend shifts Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) provide 12-hour in-house coverage throughout the week About the Practice Our dynamic team includes 12 board-certified OB/GYNs, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and 3 Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Hospitalists. Together, we provide a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care, with an emphasis on patient-centered, compassionate service. Hospital Affiliation Admitting privileges at a leading regional facility dedicated exclusively to women’s and neonatal care Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) onsite Recognized nationally for excellence in women’s and neonatal services Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) Unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG or AOBOG) Board certification required within five years of eligibility Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Organization Information Competitive base salary plus productivity incentive Company-paid malpractice insurance Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Student loan support Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
