- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
- Estimated Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $6,390 - $7,560

- Patient Encounters per Shift: 1-2
- Trauma Level: Level 3
- Pediatric Level: Level 1
Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in OB/GYN physician jobs
- Ability to interpret fetal heart rate monitoring (NST/CST/FSE)
- Experience with both low and high risk pregnancies preferred
- Competency in routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal and C-section
- Proficiency in surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic procedures)
- Credentialing process (estimated 60 days)
- Additional specialty certifications as required by facility
OB/GYN Physician Responsibilities
- Provide coverage for Obstetrics & Gynecology services, including labor and delivery
- Manage low and high risk pregnancies
- Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring and perform OB ultrasounds (preferred)
- Perform routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions)
- Make decisions regarding C-sections and VBACs (preferred)
- Repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations (preferred)
- Perform surgical gynecology procedures (open and laparoscopic)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
