- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with 7-10 days of hospital call coverage per month
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- Patients Per Shift: 25-30
- Call Type: 2nd Call / Backup
- Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes
- Phone Consults: 5
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR System: Cerner
- Trauma Level: 3
- Patients Seen During Call: 5-15
- Admissions During Call: 5
- Average Number of Deliveries Per Year: 200
- Support Staff: 4 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office Staff
Requirements
- Fellowship Required
- License: Must be licensed in TX
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
