A respected community hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity. Enjoy a highly desirable 4-day clinical work week plus one administrative day (remote eligible), balanced 1:4 call rotation, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Job Responsibilities
• Perform cesarean sections and gynecologic surgical procedures
• Manage approximately one delivery per day (≈360 births annually)
• Participate in a 1:4 weekday and weekend call rotation
• Utilize EMR for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and nursing staff
• Respond within 30 minutes when on call
Qualifications
• Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency (ABOG or AOA)
• Active Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification (or eligible to obtain)
• Clean malpractice and licensure history preferred
Working Hours
• 3 clinic days + 1 surgery/clinic day
• 1 administrative day (remote eligible)
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1:4 call rotation
