- Dates of Coverage: May 1, 2026 thru August 31, 2026
- Schedule: office hours 8-4 for patient schedule / call hours 24 each day weekday included office schedule as well
- Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 25-30
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
- Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN, Active VA license, BLS/ACLS
