- Schedule: Office hours 8 AM - 4 PM; Call hours 24/7
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Office and Hospital/Call for OB-GYN
- Call Schedule: Yes, through Perfect Serve
- Call Ratio: 1 in 4
- Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 25-30
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 4 (1 on leave) and 5 midwives
- Support Staff: One-on-one clinical staff support per provider (CMA, LPN, RN)
- Onsite Lab: Yes
- Onsite Ultrasound: Yes
- Documentation System/EMR: EPC
- Trauma Level: Level 2
- Nursery Level: NICU Level III
- Low Risk Pregnancy: 90%
- High Risk Pregnancy: 10%
- GYN Practice: 20%
- Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day: 1-4, depending on case time required
- Percentage of Patients C-Section: 10%
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active VA license (or willing to obtain)
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Provider must be local; only mileage is reimbursed
- Must state where the provider is traveling from at the time of name clear
