A growing, community-based health system in Texas is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join an established and busy practice. This role offers strong compensation, a supportive clinical environment, and a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $330,000
- Call Pay: Additional compensation for call
- Sign-On Bonus: $TBD
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $TBD
- Paid Time Off: 25 days PTO + 6 paid holidays
- CME:
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
- 40 hours of paid CME time annually
- Professional Allowance: $1,000 annually
- Contract: Three-year employment agreement

Position Highlights
- Role: OB/GYN Physician
- Practice Setting: Established clinic with nearby hospital and L&D services
- Scope: Full-spectrum OB and GYN care
- Prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care
- Well-woman exams, contraception, office procedures
- OR time for gynecologic surgeries
- Schedule: Shared call schedule designed to be fair and manageable
- Flexibility: Opportunity to develop special interests (MIGS, fertility, high-risk OB, etc.)
