Job description

Join a Thriving OB/GYN Practice on the Mississippi Gulf Coast

  • A well-established OB/GYN practice is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join a thriving, supportive team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Why Join This Practice?

Established, Supportive Team

  • Join 5 physicians in a collegial, no-hierarchy environment where mentorship, collaboration, and surgical backup are standard. Every major case is supported by a partner, and new associates receive dedicated guidance.

Balanced Lifestyle

  • 1:5+ weekend call (with partners willing to share extra coverage)
  • Flexible scheduling with a 4-day work week
  • Dedicated OR block time
  • Post-call days off

Comprehensive Practice

  • The team delivers 50–60 babies per month while maintaining a GYN-heavy practice mix (~60%). Services include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, robotic procedures, hysteroscopies, colposcopies, LEEPs, and in-office procedures—as much or as little as you prefer.

Advanced Technology & Facilities

  • da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery with mentorship
  • Dedicated OR block time (two half-days weekly, with easy access to minor procedures any day)
  • Affiliated with Singing River Health System, featuring a Level II NICU and new state-of-the-art birthing suites
  • Walking distance between clinic and hospital

Mentorship & Partnership Potential

  • Collegial environment with strong support for both new graduates and experienced physicians. Partnership track available after 3 years with equity opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped productivity bonuses and partnership potential
  • Sign-on and relocation bonus
  • Comprehensive insurance: health, dental, vision, and paid maternity leave
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Malpractice, licensing, and CME covered
  • Generous paid time off

Live & Work on the Gulf Coast

  • Enjoy affordable waterfront living, excellent schools, and a welcoming coastal community. The area offers year-round outdoor recreation—boating, fishing, and beach access—along with easy travel to New Orleans and Mobile and frequent cultural festivals throughout the region.

Candidate Parameters

  • MD/DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • All experience levels considered, including 2026/2027 residents
  • Team-oriented physician who values evidence-based, patient-centered care
