- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 3, and PEDs level 1 is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 3-4 patients per shift and 9 beds in the department. The OB/GYN provider will be responsible for weekend 24-hour call coverage from Friday at 7:00 am through Monday at 7:00 am, handling all inpatient and emergent OB/GYN call responsibilities. The provider will be required to respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes and manage an average of 1-2 deliveries per day, including performing emergent C-sections and GYN surgeries. The hospital offers Medhost for its EHR and provides full support teams, including pediatric hospitalist, anesthesia, radiology, nursing, and OR teams. Scheduling flexibility allows the provider to take weekend call only, expand to include weekday call and clinic responsibilities, or opt for a full 24/7 schedule.

Job Responsibilities
* Respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes and manage an average of 1-2 deliveries per day.
* Perform emergent C-sections and GYN surgeries as needed.
* Collaborate with pediatric hospitalist, anesthesia, radiology, nursing, and OR support teams.
* Use Medhost for hospital EHR documentation.
Qualifications
* Experience with emergent OB/GYN procedures, including C-sections and GYN surgeries.
* Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations.
* Proficiency with Medhost EHR system.
* Excellent communication skills for working with clinical teams.
Working Hours
