• Ave. No. of GYN Surgeries: 5 per day
• Ave. No. of Nursery Admissions: 4 per day
• % of Practice: 60% low-risk pregnancy, 40% high-risk; 60% Gyne
• Physicians in Practice: 4 (No Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates)
• Mid-levels in Practice: 1 per 12-hr shift
• Support Staff: L&D nurses & midwives
• Required Procedures:
- OB: Low-risk pregnancy (History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc); High-risk (With Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc)
- FHR Interpretation: NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds-Performance of Interpretation, OB ultrasounds-Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability)
- Routine & Complicated Delivery (C-Section, Breech etc) & Surgical Gyn
• Nursery Level: II
• Lab & Ultrasound Onsite: Yes
• No. of Beds:
- L&D/Post Partum/Triage: 34 Beds
- Hospital Beds: 205
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active OH License or willing to obtain
• BC
• BLS & ACLS
• DEA
• Clean record
• NPDB Report (dated within 30 days )
