Permanent OB/GYN Opportunity in Bad Axe, MI
Position Overview
Employed OB/GYN position replacing a retiring physician
Established, full patient panel from day one
Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice
Dedicated surgery day
Paper charting in clinic, EMR in hospital
Office located near hospital campus
Collegial environment with OB/GYN and Nurse Practitioner
Open to J1 visa candidates
Practice Details
1 MD in clinic
NP support 3 days per week
2 full-time MAs and 1 part-time MA
30–40 patients per day
Approximately 460 gynecologic procedures annually across group
Regional birthing center with ~370 deliveries per year
On-site ultrasound, NST, IUI, and phlebotomy
Call Schedule
Hospital call coverage
Approximately 7 days per month
Weekend call primarily Saturday and Sunday

Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
Michigan license or in process
