- Total Number of Beds: 34 L&D/Postpartum/Triage, 205 Hospital
- Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: Varies
- Number of Physicians in Practice: Four
- No Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates
- Support Staff: L&D Nurses and Midwives
- Percentage of Practice: 60% Low Risk Pregnancy, 40% High Risk Pregnancy, 60% GYN
- Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day: Five
- Percentage of Patients C-Section: 1%
- Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: Four
- Nursery Level: Level II
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Certified
- OH license (willing to accept providers needing to obtain State License)
- BLS & ACLS
- Active DEA
- Clean Malpractice
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
