Full-Scope OB/GYN | Permanent Placement | $280Kβ$360K+
A well-established practice in Vermont is seeking a full-spectrum OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative team providing exceptional care to a diverse community. This role combines outpatient clinic, surgical procedures, and obstetrics, offering autonomy, work-life balance, and a stable practice environment.
π₯ Practice Highlights

Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care

Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives

Perform office-based gynecologic procedures

Maintain a steady surgical volume with access to three new operating rooms

Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries

Work 3β4 clinic days/week, seeing ~12β14 patients/day

Average 3 dedicated OR days/month

Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries

Support a birth center offering VBACs, water birth, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: physicians, midwives, NPs, nurses, and medical assistants

Practice in a state with constitutional protection of reproductive rights

Long-standing, stable practice with low staff and physician turnover

Salary: $280,000 β $360,000 annually (based on experience and internal equity)
