Position Highlights:

  • $400K+ base salary with additional production bonuses
  • $75K sign-on bonus + up to $100K in loan repayment over 5 years
  • 4-day workweek or part-time options available
  • 1:3 call with CNMs taking first call 20 days/month
  • Balanced volume: 15-22 patients/day with ~400 births/year
  • Surgical focus: 4-5 GYN cases/week with blocked OR time
  • Level I nursery, 7 L&D suites + overflow, Stryker-equipped surgical suite
  • Full support: 3 OBGYNs, 2 CNMs, 5 CRNAs, and 24/7 hospitalist team
  • Only OBGYN group serving 50K+ residents across 6 counties
